The Eastern Washington Gateway runs from Coulee City to Cheney, WA and hauls grain out the middle of Washington to the BNSF mainline. After getting a heads-up the night before of an eastbound leaving Coulee City, the EWG shuttle train finds the morning sunrise at Creston, WA with NIWX C40-8 9129, MRL SDP40 290, and WRIX SD40T-2 8702 in charge of 68 grain cars.
