Prototype GE GEVO AC45CW 5695 waits with SD70M 4615 at San Luis Obispo for its next assignment as the Cuesta Grade Helper. After a couple of days, 5695 found its way back into mainline service, but on July 25, 2004, it sits quietly in front of the SLO depot.
